Refund Policy

We want you to understand the product before you buy it. New Body, New Life is a digital PDF sold as a one-time purchase for USD 29. Nadezhda’s Home Baking Club is digital recipe-club access sold as a one-time purchase for USD 25. Neither product is physical or a recurring subscription.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Email support@lindenhousepress.com from the address used for your order and include your order or receipt number. You do not need to provide a lengthy explanation.

How refunds are processed

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• We submit approved refunds within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to display the credit.
• When a refund is issued, your personal licence to use the digital product ends. You should delete downloaded copies and stop using club materials.
• Duplicate charges, inaccessible files, or a product materially different from its description will be corrected or refunded promptly.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

02 · Fulfilment

Digital Delivery Policy

This store sells digital books and digital recipe-club access. No physical item is shipped, there are no delivery territories, and there is no shipping fee.

When and how access arrives

• After successful payment, the order confirmation provides the relevant PDF download or club-access link.
• The same delivery link is also sent to the email address entered at checkout.
• Delivery is normally immediate and should arrive within 15 minutes.
• PDF books can be read on a phone, tablet, or computer and printed for personal use. Club materials are accessed through the destination shown after payment.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the checkout email was entered correctly. If you still do not have access after 30 minutes, email support@lindenhousepress.com. We will verify the order and provide a replacement link.

Privacy Policy

Tattoo Ecommerce Limited, trading as Linden House Press, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

• Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, product purchased, price, currency, and transaction status.
• Customer-support messages and records of refunds or delivery assistance.
• Basic technical and security information, such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps, where provided by our hosting and payment services.

Payment-card details are entered through Stripe Checkout and processed by Stripe. Linden House Press does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

How we use information

We use personal information to process orders, deliver the purchased digital product, provide support, issue refunds, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and transfers

We use specialist providers for payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, security, and analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand visits, page views, traffic sources, and interactions with purchase links. Google and our other providers may process device, browser, approximate-location, and usage information in other countries under their own safeguards and contractual obligations.

Retention and your choices

We keep order and accounting records for the period required by applicable law and retain support records only as long as reasonably necessary. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing support@lindenhousepress.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Cookies

The site uses essential technologies needed for security and checkout. Google Analytics may set or read analytics identifiers or cookies to measure how visitors use the site. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools.

These Terms govern purchases from Linden House Press, a trading name of Tattoo Ecommerce Limited. By completing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy above.

The product and price

New Body, New Life is a downloadable PDF supplied for a one-time price of USD 29. Nadezhda’s Home Baking Club provides digital recipe-club access for a one-time price of USD 25. There is no recurring subscription. Any applicable tax will be shown before payment is completed.

Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. Because this is an immediately delivered digital product, cancellation after delivery is handled under the 14-day Refund Policy rather than as a physical return.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital content. You may not share access or files, upload materials publicly, resell them, reproduce them commercially, or remove ownership notices.

Educational content, food safety, and health disclaimer

Our books and club materials provide educational information. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice and do not promise a particular result. Recipe users are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability, food-storage requirements, and safe preparation. Consult an appropriate qualified professional if you have concerns about exercise, nutrition, allergies, a medical condition, injury, medication, pregnancy, or suitability.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to describe and deliver the product accurately. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from using educational content without appropriate professional guidance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without removing any mandatory protections available to you in your place of residence. We may update these Terms for future purchases; the version displayed at the time of your order applies to that order.
